We charge payment processing fees because that's what it actually costs us. 2.6% + 10¢ per transaction goes to the payment networks. We don't mark it up.

The result? You keep more of your money. We make enough to build great software and provide real support. Everyone wins.

That's it. No manifesto about "revolutionizing cannabis retail." Just fair pricing for software that works.

Software should have a price tag

Not a percentage. You wouldn't pay your accountant 3% of revenue. Your POS shouldn't be different.

Complexity is the enemy

If your staff needs training to ring up a sale, the software has failed. We obsess over making things simple.

Support means talking to humans

When something breaks, you should be able to call someone who can actually help. Not submit a ticket into the void.
